Shipping Charges, Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Telluride, CO. Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Orders delivered to Colorado will be taxed accordingly. 

Title, Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from Digitiqe to Customer on shipment from Digitiqe facility. Digitiqe is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves Digitiqe facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims. 

Product Use, Risk of Damage

Digitiqe only sells 100% genuine, brand new, unaltered products sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. Digitiqe is not liable for loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from this site including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages. 


Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information which is needed for servicing. 

Return Policies

Products purchased directly from Digitiqe by a customer may be returned by customer within 15 days of the item shipping from our facility, however, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if it is not received back in 100% resellable condition. Due to health concerns, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on in-ear headphones.
